The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant Seeking a patient and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-11 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teachers to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and engage with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, promoting positive interactions and contributing to a structured, safe and nurturing classroom environment.
