Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? We are looking for a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH through school in Greenwich, supporting pupils across Primary and Secondary phases.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with SEMH needs Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement and behaviour Build positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence and self‑esteem Use de‑escalation strategies and proactive behaviour management approaches Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals Help maintain a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For
