Role Responsibilities
Supporting students with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom Delivering tailored interventions and 1:1 support Assisting the teacher with planning, behaviour strategies and progress tracking Building positive, trusting relationships with students Helping to create a safe, structured and encouraging learning environment
Ideal Candidate
