About the Role - Flitwick
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who may face challenges in school due to emotional or behavioural needs. Your role will be key in helping them feel supported, understood, and ready to engage with learning.

Pupils you support may experience:
* Anxiety or difficulty managing emotions
* Behavioural challenges or attachment needs
* Low confidence and self-esteem
* Difficulty forming positive relationships
* The impact of trauma or challenging life experiences
Through consistency, patience, and encouragement, you'll help pupils build resilience, confidence, and a more positive attitude towards school.

About You
* Calm, patient, and positive in your approach
* Passionate about supporting young people's development
* Able to build strong, trusting relationships
* Resilient and composed in challenging situations
* A strong team player with good communication skills
Previous experience with SEMH or SEND is helpful but not essential - the school is keen to support individuals who are eager to learn and grow within education.
