Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, building key client relationships, and driving business development efforts. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance the sales process and achieve organizational objectives while targeting new growth opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. Regular client meetings, market research, and performance analysis will be integral to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in relationship building, communication, and negotiation
- Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic sales approaches
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data reporting to track and measure sales activities
- Team collaboration and leadership skills to drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model combining office and remote work
