We’re scaling fast, and are looking for a Sales Lead / Head of Sales to build and lead our end-to-end new business engine across the UK and globally.\n\nThis is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious, commercially-minded sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to shape the strategy, build the motion, and win meaningful enterprise relationships in the retail and CPG/FMCG ecosystem.\n\nYou’ll be the driving force behind Brand Nudge’s outbound and new business performance: crafting compelling messaging, creating scalable sales motions, converting pipeline, and helping define our next phase of growth across products, verticals and international markets.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who can build, run, and optimise a modern B2B SaaS sales engine and can lead from the front while laying the foundations for scalable, repeatable growth.\n\nYou’ll operate at a senior level, influencing and engaging C-suite stakeholders, while also staying close to the detail: outreach, messaging, qualification, pipeline management, and conversion. It’s a hands on role where you will need to combine both strategy and personal execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBuild & Execute a Scalable Sales Engine\n\n * Design and deliver a high-performing end-to-end outbound and new business sales motion\n\n * Create scalable prospecting systems across channels: email, LinkedIn, cold calling, partnerships, events and strategic outreach\n\n * Own pipeline generation and closing performance, creating a clear and measurable route to revenue growth\n\n * Implement robust sales process, forecasting discipline and reporting cadence\n\nValue Proposition & Messaging Mastery\n\n * Craft and refine compelling value proposition, positioning and outbound messaging\n\n * Continually test, optimise and improve conversion across outbound sequences\n\n * Translate Brand Nudge’s product strengths into clear business outcomes for retail and CPG audiences\n\nStrategic Growth & Market Expansion\n\n * Develop go-to-market plans and design team structures and recruitment strategies for new verticals, new products and overseas markets\n\n * Identify emerging opportunities, partnerships and routes to market\n\n * Provide market intelligence to support growth strategy and product direction\n\nExec-Level Engagement\n\n * Engage and influence senior decision-makers: commercial, digital, pricing, category, ecommerce and insights leaders\n\n * Run high-impact discovery, consultative sales and commercial negotiation\n\n * Build trusted relationships and position Brand Nudge as a strategic partner\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\nWork closely with Product/Development to share market insight and influence the product roadmap\n\nProactively drive Upsell and Cross Sell Opportunities within existing customers through best in class collaboration with highly skilled CS team\n\nCollaborate with Customer Success to ensure learning loops between retention, expansion and acquisition\n\nPromote Brand Nudge’s collaborative, supportive culture while building a high-performance commercial function\n\nLeadership (Desired)\n\nLead, mentor, and line manage high-performing sales teams as we expands\n\nBuild a results-driven culture, underpinned by collaboration, coaching, and shared accountability\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nEssential Experience\n\n * Proven experience in building and executing an end-to-end sales engine, including outbound motion design and pipeline creation\n\n * Track record of building pipeline without relying on inbound leads\n\n * Strong ability to develop outbound strategies and execute across email, LinkedIn, cold calling and multi-touch sequences\n\n * Strong strategic thinking: ability to design scalable sales processes, prioritise markets, and refine target segments\n\n * Deep experience in consultative B2B selling and ability to operate at exec and C-suite level\n\n * Strong ability to craft and refine value proposition messaging and continuously improve outbound effectiveness\n\n * Highly structured, methodical approach to sales - with strong process discipline and attention to detail\n\n * Experience with sales tech stack setup and usage (HubSpot, Zoominfo, Lemlist, Salesloft, Apollo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)\n\n * Experience selling into multi-stakeholder enterprise buying groups and navigating long sales cycles\n\nHighly Desired\n\nKnowledge of Retail, CPG, FMCG and the dynamics that drive buying decisions in these sectors\n\nExperience selling retail data / analytics / insight SaaS is a major advantage, including areas such as pricing & promotions analytics, digital shelf / ecommerce analytics, commodity pricing & cost intelligence, inventory and availability data, and market share intelligence\n\nPrevious leadership experience - or demonstrable readiness to lead as the function scales\n\nExposure to international sales / selling cross-border markets\n\nExperience in product-led sales environments where messaging and positioning are critical\n\nFamiliarity with retail media networks and ecommerce transformation trends\n\nPersonal Characteristics\n\nIntellectual curiosity -
