Planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of road freight movements, focusing on UK and/or European routes.
Managing the end-to-end operational process, including booking transport, negotiating rates with hauliers, and selecting appropriate vehicles.
Liaising effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Candidate Requirements

Proven experience (2+ years) in a Road Freight Operator, Planner, or similar operational role within the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
In-depth knowledge of UK and/or European road freight regulations, geography, and transport operations.
Strong commercial awareness and proven negotiation skills with hauliers.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Salary and Benefits

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Bonus: Generous performance-related Bonus Scheme
