About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, specialist childrens residential home supporting young people aged 1118 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) . The home provides a safe, therapeutic environment for Looked After Children who may have experienced trauma, emotional dysregulation, or self-harming behaviours. Our goal is to support every young person to heal, grow, and transition successfully whether returning home, moving to foster care, or preparing for independence. You will lead a dedicated team committed to delivering the highest standard of care, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Childrens Homes Regulations (2015) , and maintaining a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
