About the RoleWere seeking an experienced and passionateRegistered Managerto lead ourpurpose-built childrens home in Redhill, Surrey, supporting young people withemotional and learning disabilities (EBD/LD).Youll be responsible for delivering a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive
ensuring they reach theirmaximum potentialand enjoy positive, meaningful lives.This is a rewarding leadership role for someone with the vision, experience, and empathy to guide a skilled care team and uphold the highest standards ofOfsted complianceandchild-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of the childrens home in line withChildrens Homes RegulationsandOfsted standards.Ensure all young people receive tailored support promoting their emotional, educational, and social development.Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, and behaviour support plans.Recruit, train, and mentor staff, building a high-performing, compassionate team.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory frameworks.Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and readiness for inspection.Work collaboratively with families, social workers, schools, and external professionals.Requirements?Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare(or working towards it).? Minimum2 years experiencemanaging anOfsted-registered childrens home.? Strong background supporting young people withEBD and Learning Disabilities.? Excellent understanding ofsafeguarding,regulations, andcompliance.?
