We are seeking an experiencedQuantity Surveyor/Estimatorto join our growing construction team, delivering a mix ofcommercial and residential projects. This is a position with responsibility for leading the commercial function from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of commercial and residential construction projects
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans, estimates, and tenders
- Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Procurement and negotiation of subcontractor and supplier packages
- Valuation of works, assessment of variations, and agreement of final accounts
- Providing commercial and contractual advice to project and site teams
- Managing risk, value engineering, and cost control processes
- Mentoring and supporting junior commercial staff
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in aQuantity Surveyor/Estimatorrole
- Strong background incommercial xbpsjku and residential construction
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes
- Ability to manage projects independently from pre-contract to completion
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- High level of commercial awareness and financial control
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying/Estimator (preferred)
