Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive package, dependent on experience We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our growing construction team, delivering a mix of commercial and residential projects . This is a position with responsibility for leading the commercial function from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of commercial and residential construction projects Preparing and reviewing cost plans, estimates, and tenders Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Procurement and negotiation of subcontractor and supplier packages Valuation of works, assessment of variations, and agreement of final accounts Providing commercial and contractual advice to project and site teams Managing risk, value engineering, and cost control processes Mentoring and supporting junior commercial staff Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders Requirements Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator role Strong background in commercial xehkeey and residential construction Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes Ability to manage projects independently from pre-contract to completion Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills High level of commercial awareness and financial control Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying/Estimator (preferred)
