Programme Manager
London (Hybrid 2 days a week onsite)

We are partnered with an innovative IT consultancy based in London but with a global presence who are leading advisors for their clients by creating lasting value. Due to growth within the business they are looking for a highly skilled Programme Manager to help change and improve programme delivery.
This consultancy prides themselves on promising clients ambitious outcomes. Your job is to make sure those outcomes happen.
New software platforms, new markets, shiny new operational hubs - you’ll be handed programmes that are strategically important, occasionally chaotic… and definitely not boring.
You’ll run the whole show: from the “this might just work” stage, through the spreadsheets and late-night stakeholder calls, all the way to the go-live and post programme analysis.

You’ve led chunky, multi-workstream programmes before - and delivered them on time, to budget and to scope You know governance isn’t just a word used to make PowerPoints look smart You’re comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships – providing a true consultation on what will work and what won’t You can build, motivate, and steer high-performing teams across different timezones You enjoy actually delivering things - not just talking about delivery.
In order to be a successful Portfolio Manager you will …
Have a strong track record in Portfolio management in a consultancy environment including Agile & Waterfall project delivery and relevant professional qualifications Help shape the future of the department with your strategic and creative thinking to align portfolio delivery with business goals and bring change that makes an impact Highly organised and adaptable to change Influence at every level using your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the team, senior leaders and clients to confidently resolve challenges
