The Role We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our established and busy department. This is a high-quality role where you will be expected to hit the ground running with a mixed caseload. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting Wills and Codicils. Administering estates, including high-net-worth and complex probate matters. Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. Advising on Trust creation and administration. Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning. Actively participating in business development and networking to further the firm s presence in the region. About You The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years PQE, though we welcome applications from candidates at all levels who can demonstrate the required expertise. We are looking for someone who is: Capable of running their own mixed private client caseload with minimal supervision. Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercially minded with a proven track record in billing. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. A team player who is keen to contribute to the growth of the department.
