Job Title: PA to Headteacher
Location: Secondary School, City of London
Employment Type: Full-Time – 8.30 – 3.30pm
Start Date: ASAP – Long term placement
Salary: £20 per hour PAYE

About the Role:
anzuk Education is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced PA to Headteacher to work in a busy secondary school located in City of London. We are searching for a candidate who is experienced in UK schools as a PA to Headteacher with an Enhanced DBS on the update service. This is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP with the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage calendars and diaries for the Senior Leadership Team

* Co-ordinating meetings between the relevant members of SLT

* Book travel and manage expenses for SLT

* Manage the complaints from external parties

* Work alongside the Admissions Manager to manage admissions

* Assistant with a range of events across the school

* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Business Manager

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with anzuk

* Available ASAP for a full-time opportunity - We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period

* Minimum six months of experience working in a school in the UK as a PA/EA
