REF 106 – INTERIM OPERATIONS MANAGER – WESTMINSTER - £45,000 – 57,000 BASE SALARY + BENEFITS – 6 MONTH CONTRACT INITIALLY\n\nForest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative charitable provider of a range of services for Adults and Children with a Learning across London.\n\nThis provider is seeking Interim Operations Manager to oversee a collection of supported living services in the Westminster area.\n\nThe Interim Operations Manager in Westminster will:\n\n * Oversee an established collection of supported living services and establishing clear oversight and control.\n\n * Identify and manage risk early and effectively.\n\n * Drive improvements and stabilise services which are not inline with the organisations standards.\n\n * Provide robust assurance to senior managers, commissioners and governance structures.\n\n * Develop and drive improvements in leadership, culture and practice.\n\nThe Interim Operations Manager in Westminster will need:\n\n * Experience of the oversight of multiple Learning services.\n\n * Experience of developing and stabilising services.\n\n * Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and Local Authority commissioning environments.\n\n * Ability to travel between services.\n\nThe successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:\n\n * Base salary up to £57,000 pro rata.\n\n * Generous annual leave\n\nIf you would like to develop your leadership career further and oversee a unique collection of services within a leading Learning Disabilities charity please contact Mark Stevens at Forest Care Selection
