We’re partnering with a modern sparkling wine brand who are on the search for a supply chain focussed Operations Executive, to join their small but mighty team.


Role Overview:

Reporting into the Finance Director, this is an exciting and crucial role within our UK team. We are looking for an Operations Assistant who will have end-to-end responsibility for the supply chain and is excited to work cross-functionally to help us unlock the enormous potential of our brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Order Processing: managing all aspects of trade and DTC customer orders, from processing orders, liaising between warehouses and the customer to ensure on-time delivery, and issuing invoices.
  • Demand Planning: with support from the Finance Director, plan and manage all productions in line with sales forecasts, and managing relationships with the 3rd-party wineries.
  • Supply Chain: Regularly review dry good (raw materials) requirements against demand plan and updated forecasts. Placing orders that align with business needs and ensuring delivery in time with productions.
  • Logistics: Arranging and overseeing movement of stock between different warehouse locations in different countries, handling customs documentation and providing all information required to relevant partners
  • Stock and Warehouse Management: Managing relationships with warehouses, ensuring stock levels are accurate at all locations and all movements are accounted for.
  • Supporting the marketing and sales teams wherever required. For example, setting up new customers or support with logistics for events and partnerships.
  • Manage product assemblies within Cin7 to ensure accurate inventory levels and reconciliation with supplier invoices and cost of goods.
  • Support month end processes and board reporting
  • This role required you to be in the London office 3x days a week


Skills/Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years working in Supply Chain or Operations based role, including exposure to demand planning.
  • Competent in Excel, and strong analytical skills
  • Dynamic, positive, creative, and constantly looking for opportunities to improve and simplify processes.
  • Pro-active and a self starter who will be comfortable working in a fast paced start up.
  • Italian speaking would be a major benefit
