THE ROLE: We are searching for a
proactive ,
positive , and
highly organised
PA / Office Manager to support a diverse team of six C-suite executives within one of our longest standing clients. You will be responsible for a varied workload, including high-level executive support to the senior leadership team and hands-on office/facilities management. The successful candidate will be an
excellent communicator ,
technically competent , and
naturally discreet
&
professional .
ROLES & RESPONSIBILIES: PA Support:
Work closely with 6 C-suite executives and provide support with diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc duties. Documentation Preparation:
Ensuring a high-level of attention to detail, prepare presentations, reports, and other required documentation. Meetings & Minutes:
Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and appropriate follow-ups. Discretion:
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Onboarding:
Coordinate onboarding for senior new starters, including workspace setup and equipment. Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, managing office supplies, equipment, and special planning. Facilities Management:
Act as the escalation point for general facilities issues and the main point of contact for building management/service providers. Support the implementation and compliance of health & safety procedures. Initiatives & Events:
Support company-wide and senior leadership team initiatives and events, both onsite and offsite. Work closely with IT, HR, and Finance ensuring cohesion and operational support is in place.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as a
Personal Assistant
to C-suite executives , Executive Assistant , or similar within a fast-paced environment is essential. Ability to provide recent references for the above experience. Confident and proficient in using the
Microsoft Suite
(Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel). Excellent
interpersonal
and
communication
skills, both written and verbal. Exceptionally
organised
with
strong attention to detail , with the ability to work independently and multitask. Positive
&
proactive
character, able to adapt to a varied workload. Prior experience in Facilities or Office Management is highly desirable. UK resident
with
unrestricted right to work in the UK;
