As the Middle Office Product Manager of Portfolio Control, you will be responsible for modernizing the Middle Office platform through SimCorp, supporting investment decision-making and operations. Your role involves collaborating with senior leadership, stakeholders, and peers to execute the long-term strategy, which includes technological modernization and operational optimization worldwide.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Lead technical product management for multiple products or a strategic product with cross-divisional impact, focusing on design and continuous improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices that enhance client experience and ensure business outcomes align with drivers.
  3. Coach technical teams on best practices and oversee messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
  4. Support business support efforts by promoting consistent decision-making and client propositions, connecting with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Plan, develop, and implement new technical products, defining features, analyzing markets, and creating implementation plans.
  6. Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve user experience continually.
  7. Participate in business planning and departmental prioritization.
  8. Drive engineering practices related to development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  9. Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred. Significant experience leading large cross-functional teams on major projects is also preferred.
