As the Middle Office Product Manager of Portfolio Control, you will be accountable for advancing the strategy to modernize the Middle Office platform through SimCorp that fuels Investment Management decision-making & insights and Middle Office operations. This effort is part of our long-term strategy to modernize our technology and optimize operations globally. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with the Middle Office Senior Leadership team, internal and external stakeholders, and peers within the Investment Management Group to ensure seamless execution of the strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product, with cross-divisional impact. Drives the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.
2. Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
3. Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Oversees product teams' support of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
4. Facilitates strong business support by working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
5. Leads the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products with cross-divisional impact. Defines and analyzes technical markets, develops detailed product features and requirements, and creates implementation plans.
6. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
7. Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
8. Drives the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Significant related business experience including leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
