Location: Beckenham (covering CR, SE20 & BR postcodes)

Contract Length: 2.0 years

Rate: £24.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Candidate Responsibilities As a Multi-Trade Plumber, your day-to-day duties will include:

Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void residential properties, including leak repairs, minor pipework, blockages, bathroom repairs, and general plumbing fixes. Undertaking light multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry and patch repairs. Delivering high-quality workmanship with a professional, customer-focused approach. Managing your workload effectively while working independently in tenants’ homes.
