Multi-Trade Plumber Greenwich, Thamesmead, Eltham, Woolwich £24.50 per hour + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Trade Card 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a well-established maintenance team covering Greenwich, Thamesmead, Eltham and Woolwich. This is a long-term, ongoing role working on residential properties (occupied and void), offering stability, great support and excellent benefits.

Role Responsibilities Reactive and planned plumbing repairs

Fixing leaks, blockages, minor pipework and bathroom-related issues

Basic multi-trade duties where required (carpentry repairs, door adjustments, etc.)

Working independently in tenants’ homes

Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer service

Requirements Proven experience in domestic/residential plumbing

Multi-trade background preferred

Own tools and transport initially

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable, professional and able to manage your own workload
