Job Title: Multi-Trade Plumber

Location: Beckenham (covering CR, SE20 & BR postcodes)

Contract Length: 2.0 years

Rate: £24.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Candidate Responsibilities As a Multi-Trade Plumber, your day-to-day duties will include:

Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void residential properties, including leak repairs, minor pipework, blockages, bathroom repairs, and general plumbing fixes.
Undertaking light multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry and patch repairs.
Delivering high-quality workmanship with a professional, customer-focused approach.
Managing your workload effectively while working independently in tenants’ homes.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.Requirements To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

Proven experience in domestic/residential plumbing
Multi-trade ability (such as carpentry or general maintenance) is essential.
Own tools and transport initially; company vehicle and tools will be provided once onboard.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, professional demeanor; capable of working in tenants’ homes with respect and courtesy.What We Offer
