Job Description

A well-established facilities management provider is recruiting a Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of a high-profile commercial building in the Liverpool Street area.\n \nThis role is ideal for a hands-on technician with a practical background in building maintenance who takes pride in delivering a safe, well-maintained working environment.\n \nResponsibilities:\nCarry out general building maintenance and minor repairs\nSupport planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules\nRespond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner\nAssist engineers with mechanical and electrical works where required\nConduct basic fault finding on building services systems\nComplete routine inspections and checks\nEnsure work is completed in line with health & safety procedures\nAccurately record work completed using site systemsRequirements:\nPrevious experience in a commercial building or facilities environment\nPractical maintenance skills (basic mechanical, electrical, or fabric works)\nKnowledge of general building services and plant rooms\nRelevant trade qualification or hands-on experience\nStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach\nGood communication and customer service skills
