Maintenance Technician / Multi Trader \n\nLondon SE17 & High Wycombe HP11\nSalary: £38,000 - £40,000 per year \nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\nBenefits: Company van providedWe are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.\n\nThis is a hands-on role involving property maintenance across residential and commercial premises in London and High Wycombe. You will be working as part of a professional property management and maintenance team delivering high standards of work across multiple sites. The majority of work will be in SE17 and surrounding but you will also be required to go to the High Wycombe site.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nPainting and decorating\nGeneral property maintenance\nBasic gardening duties\nPlumbing repairs and maintenance\nCarpentry works\nRoofing repairs and inspections\nClearing up and leaving all job sites clean and tidy\nAssisting with removals when required\nUsing company tools and equipment responsibly\nReporting issues and following instructions from managementESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS\n\nFull UK Driving Licence (essential)\nMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar handyman / maintenance role\nAbility to work independently and manage workload\nGood time management and reliability\nBasic health & safety knowledge\nProfessional attitude and strong attention to detailWHAT WE OFFER\n\nPAYE salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per year\nCompany van provided\nFull-time stable employment\nRegular working hours\nOvertime opportunities (when authorised)\nSupportive working environment\nLong-term role with job securityWORKING HOURS\n\nStandard hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm\n1-hour lunch break\nFlexibility required for early starts\nWeekend work available if required
