The Litigation Solicitor Role: You will manage your own caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including (but not limited to): Contract disputes
Property litigation
Debt recovery
Professional negligence
Contentious probate
Employment litigation (optional, depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor: Handling cases from instruction to resolution.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Representing clients in court, tribunals, and mediation as required
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements of the Litigation Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor in the UK
