Role | Litigation Solicitor

Company | Well established law firm

Level | 6 years+ PQE

Based | Stoke-on-Trent

Hybrid | 2 days working from home

Offer | £60,000 - £70,000 per annum DOE


We are currently working with an excellent firm based in Stoke who are looking to hire an experienced and proactive Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and highly regarded dispute resolution team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a fantastic team and handle a diverse caseload.


You'll take the lead on a variety of cases while also playing a crucial second-in-command role on more significant, high-value matters.


Typical duties will include:

  • Leading and assisting on shareholder disputes.
  • Managing and advising on various County Court matters.
  • Handling debt collection proceedings.
  • Resolving property disputes.


The successful candidate will have:

  • 6+ years PQE in litigation.
  • A proven track record of handling a diverse caseload for owner-managed businesses.
  • Experience with shareholder disputes, debt collection, and property disputes.
  • Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills for County Court work.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
