We are currently working with an excellent firm based in Stoke who are looking to hire an experienced and proactive Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and highly regarded dispute resolution team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a fantastic team and handle a diverse caseload.
You'll take the lead on a variety of cases while also playing a crucial second-in-command role on more significant, high-value matters.
Typical duties will include: Leading and assisting on shareholder disputes. Managing and advising on various County Court matters. Handling debt collection proceedings. Resolving property disputes.
The successful candidate will have: 6+ years PQE in litigation. A proven track record of handling a diverse caseload for owner-managed businesses. Experience with shareholder disputes, debt collection, and property disputes. Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills for County Court work. S...
