Job Title: Lettings NegotiatorLocation: StanmoreSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 basic OTE £30,000 - £34,000Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours:Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pmSaturday: 9:30am - 3:00pm (5-day working week with a day off in lieu)About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency branch in Stanmore. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who is target-driven, organised, and passionate about property.You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, delivering a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesRegister and qualify new applicants, understanding their property requirementsArrange and conduct property viewingsNegotiate offers between landlords and tenantsManage the lettings process from offer agreed through to completionBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsGenerate new business opportunities and assist with bringing new properties to marketKeep up to date with local market trends and competitor activityEnsure all compliance and regulatory requirements are metMaintain accurate records using internal CRM systemsRequirementsMinimum 1 year's experience in residential lettingsFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven with a proactive and motivated approachWell-presented and professional at all timesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhat's on OfferCompetitive basic salary with realistic on-target earningsStructured commission schemeOngoing training and career developmentOpportunity to work within a supportive and high-performing teamClear progression opportunities within the businessThis role is ideal for someone looking to further their career within lettings and join a well-established, high-performing office with strong earning potential.To apply, please submit your CV today.
