Our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join a fast-paced, target-focused property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales ability and excellent customer service skills to build a successful career in residential lettings.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and book property valuations
* Conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
* Progress lets through to completion
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
* Work towards and exceed individual and team targets
Requirements
* A minimum 1 years' experience within Lettings
* Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
* Resilient, organised, and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
