Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
* Saturday: 9:30am – 3:00pm (5-day working week with a day off in lieu)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency branch in Stanmore. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who is target-driven, organised, and passionate about property.
You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, delivering a high level of customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Register and qualify new applicants, understanding their property requirements
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
* Manage the lettings process from offer agreed through to completion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Generate new business opportunities and assist with bringing new properties to market
* Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
* Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
* Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
