Your new role As a Lettings Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the re-letting of properties, ensuring that homes are empty for the shortest time possible. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to exceptional customer service and smooth end-to-end lettings processes.Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the Notice to Quit process and liaising with relevant teams and external agencies. Arranging pre-termination inspections and coordinating with operational teams. Preparing tenancy sign-up packs, including all required documentation. Issuing rent cards and updating tenancy and census records accurately. Supporting housing-related enquiries and maintaining consistent communication with customers. Completing local authority statistical returns in line with reporting schedules. Managing administrative tasks such as procurement system updates, record-keeping, filing, and general office duties.
