Tarmac, a CRH company, is seeking a Legal Counsel - Construction to provide expert legal leadership across a wide variety of high value, complex and business critical work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected inhouse legal team, partnering closely with Quantity Surveyors, Commercial and Operational leaders, senior stakeholders and the wider CRH legal network.Youllplay a key role in shaping contracting strategy, resolving disputes, supporting governance, and enabling successful project delivery across the UK. About the Role In this role, you will: Advise on NEC, JCT, FIDIC and other key construction contract suites. Lead construction disputes, including adjudications and complex payment issues. Support project structuring, capexactivityand commercial negotiations. Assess contractual risk and guide Quantity Surveyors, Commercial and Operations teams.
