Learning and Development Coordinator

My client a leading global law firm are looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract based in their Birmingham office. Your duties will include: Acting as a project coordinator for virtual and in-person training Creating and sending out training invitations Tracking attendance and reporting on discrepancies Overseeing the implementation of learning paths for cohorts Assisting with pre-programme logistics eg: creating excel documents, scheduling planning meetings and creating zoom meetings Supporting with the creation and production of digital and printed training program materials Supporting with the delivery of firm-wide live and remote learning programmes Coordination of post-programme follow ups such as scheduling debriefs and summarizing programme evaluations Managing the budgets and tracking expenditure To carry out this role you must have: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with professional development Proven competency in software applications and technology skills, including MS Office Experience working with a learning management system preferred Excellent attention to detail The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
