Were looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Learning Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Development Team to help shape meaningful learning experiences across our business. As a Learning Coordinator, youll be instrumental in ensuring our learning systems and programmes run smoothly, supporting our Talent Development Specialists and wider team to deliver high-quality, impactful development opportunities. Youll help us create a culture of continuous learning and growth. What youll do Act as a super-user of our LMS (Kallidus), managing content, processes, and system maintenance. Coordinate and support the delivery of training courses, development programmes, and CPD activities. Manage incoming training requests and maintain accurate records. Support and, where confident, facilitate company induction days and activities. Assist with professional learning agreements, subscriptions, and charterships.
