Job Title: Inventory Manager Location : Lynn Road, Wisbech Salary: £40,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00 am to 17.00 pm Main Purpose: The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and visibility of all inventory across the site(s), while leading a small team and influencing wider operational performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring the Warehouse Management System (WMS) reflects real-time stock accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, rework activity, and delivery against contractual KPIs and SLAs. Key Accountabilities: Inventory Control & Accuracy: Own and manage stock accuracy across the site, ensuring the WMS is maintained to a high standard at all times Develop, implement, and manage a robust Perpetual Inventory (PI) schedule Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing preventative actions Ensure all inventory processes are compliant with internal, customer, and audit requirements Rework & Value-Added Activity: Take full ownership of rework activities across sites, ensuring they are planned, controlled, and delivered efficiently Coordinate rework priorities in line with operational ...
