HR Advisor (MAT Cover - 9 months) We're looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to become the go-to expert for people, performance and culture within a leading drinks brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to support employees and managers across the full HR lifecycle - from employee relations and recruitment to payroll, policies and engagement. You will be trusted, proactive and truly people-focused, playing a key role in creating a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace. The role includes: Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice and employee relations Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management Managing HR policies, payroll submissions and HR systems Driving engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives Partnering with managers to align people strategy with business goals We're looking for someone with: Solid experience as an HR Advisor Strong knowledge of UK employment law Background in FMCG, Retail or Hospitality A confident, approachable communication style The ability to work independently and juggle priorities
