My NHS client is looking for an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join the team to support the management of a high volume of absence management cases.

Contribute your ER expertise to a Public Sector organisation whilst advising and guiding line managers
Managing ER case work end to end and promoting early resolution
Enjoy a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 for the duration of your contract
Become an integral part of a HR team dedicated to supporting the diverse needs of the organisation So if you a demonstrate a proven track record of successful high volume absence case management, (ideally within the public sector) this could be the role for you.

Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR certification, such as CIPD highly desirable
