Human Resources Business Partner Initial 6 Month contract with a potential extension Hybrid / Reading

The purpose of the position is to drive the overall in-region people strategy by providing strategic advice and support on a broad range of employment lifecycle.

The HRBP will work closely with many teams, including the global HR answers team and other HR stakeholders such as TA, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits - offering detailed advice and solutions.

Skills required: UK Employment Law Experienced in Managing complex organisational change, could also include restructuring and TUPE Employee Relations experience Deep knowledge of HR processes Experience delivering internal people management training to line managers
