Location: London (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite, more initially)Contract: 3 months (approx.)IR35: Inside IR35OverviewWe are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, providing short-term cover within a dynamic People & Culture team. This is a hands‑on role requiring immediate impact, strong stakeholder engagement, and extensive Employee Relations expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume ER caseload (~25 cases) including misconduct, grievances, and complex workplace issuesSupport and coach managers through formal HR processesContribute to Employment Tribunal (ET) casesPartner with senior stakeholders, providing strategic and operational HR supportLead regular stakeholder meetings, delivering insights and case updatesEnsure continuity of HR services and support ongoing culture initiativesKey RequirementsProven experience as an HR/People Business PartnerStrong hands‑on Employee Relations experience in complex environmentsExperience supporting Employment Tribunal processesAbility to manage sensitive and high-risk cases confidentlyBackground in legal, law enforcement, or public sector environmentsExperience in smaller organisationsFamiliarity with Oracle HR systemsAdditional InformationCandidates must be able to start within 3 weeksThis role offers the opportunity to work in a highly impactful and challenging environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
