MB is partnering with a global beverage manufacturing business, looking for a HR Business Partner, this is a perm role based in North London.


We’re looking for HR Business Partner to support two high-impact operational and compliance-driven functions that are essential to the end-to-end delivery and quality assurance of our products, within a fast-paced, high-growth FMCG environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and execute a modern people strategy in a business undergoing exciting transformation. This role would suit someone passionate about building relationships, driving people performance, and delivering results in an agile, commercially-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with operational leaders to deliver the people strategy across Supply Chain and FS&Q functions
  • Lead or support people-focused projects, including engagement initiatives and change programmes
  • Own people data and reporting, providing insights to inform decisions and track progress
  • Guide and coach managers on performance development, employee engagement, and team effectiveness
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across central operations teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ER matters, supporting or leading complex casework when needed
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive a culture of high performance and accountability
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business


What We're Looking For:


  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or logistics
  • Comfortable working in both strategic and operational HR roles
  • Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex cases
  • Analytical mindset – confident working with data to drive insights and influence stakeholders
  • Practical experience of supporting change and transformation in a fast-paced setting
  • Collaborative, pragmatic and highly credible with senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to UK sites on a monthly basis
