You’ll be working alongside a Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, and HR & Payroll Coordinator, providing efficient, accurate, and confidential HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, organisation, and proactive thinking are key.


Role overview:

• Preparing HR documentation, correspondence, and reports

• Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding, and induction

• Maintaining HR systems and ensuring records are accurate and compliant

• Assisting with payroll administration and benefits coordination

• Supporting annual processes such as appraisals and salary reviews

• Responding to HR queries with professionalism and discretion


What you’ll bring:

• Degree-level education

• Previous administrative experience (ideally within HR or professional services)

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, team-focused approach


Key details:

• Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm (with occasional overtime)

• Flexible working: 3 days in the office (may increase to 4)

• Start date: ASAP
