Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner

Partner with site leadership to translate business strategy into workforce and capability plans
Support organisational design, ensuring clear structures, roles, and progression pathways
Lead succession planning and identify development needs across key roles
Analyse absence trends and implement targeted improvement plans
Set and monitor HR data metrics, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
Provide guidance on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, and restructures
What we’re looking for in a HR Business Partner

CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum
Previous experience operating in a HR Business Partner or senior advisory capacity
