As a Host at the Haymarket Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
Engaging with guests to ensure they feel valued and at home.
Managing bookings to optimise the dining room flow and guest satisfaction.
Working closely with the team and management to ensure seamless service.
Ensuring the dining area is impeccable and guests receive top-notch service.
What you Need:
Keen to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
A meticulous approach to ensuring every guest's experience is perfect.
A warm, approachable demeanour and a proactive attitude.
Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. We value personality and a passion for hospitality above all.
