Position: Hostess (Immediate Start)
Location: Flagship New Opening World-Renowned Restaurant Group
PRS Recruitment is proud to be representing an exceptional luxury client launching a highly anticipated flagship restaurant opening. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-renowned hospitality group at the very beginning of its journey in a venue aiming to achieve Michelin recognition.
We are currently seeking an experienced and polished Hostess to become the welcoming face of this prestigious new opening.
The Role
Hostess position available for immediate start
£14 per hour + tronc + generous cash tips
45 hours per week
5 days on / 2 days off rota
Front-of-house ambassador for a high-end, fast-paced flagship restaurant
Working closely with an elite hospitality team during an exciting pre-opening and launch phase
About You
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
Previous experience in high-end / luxury hospitality environments
Confidence in being the first point of contact and face of the business
Strong understanding of guest flow, reservations, and high-volume service
Experience using reservation systems such as SevenRooms (or similar platforms)
A calm, professional and proactive approach under pressure
A genuine team-player mentality with excellent communication skills
