We are seeking experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join schools in the Kingston Upon Thames area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting learning and making a positive difference in the classroom.

Role Details:

Location: South West London (Kingston Upon Thames)
Daily Rate: £110–£120
Immediate and upcoming start dates Key Responsibilities:

Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Supporting teachers with planning, preparation, and classroom management
Working with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
Assisting with behaviour management and providing targeted support
Contributing to the wider life of the school community Requirements:

HLTA qualification or proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons when required
