Supply Teacher / Cover Supervisor (HLTA Level) Primary School | NW10 Via Milk Education Daily Supply / Short-Term Cover

Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in NW10 to recruit a confident Supply Teacher, Cover Supervisor, or HLTA to provide classroom cover on a supply basis.

This role is ideal for someone who can walk into a classroom, take control (politely but firmly), and keep learning ticking along while the class teacher is away.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and/or KS2

Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment

Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs

Follow school policies and provide brief handover feedback

Requirements:

Experience working in a UK primary school

HLTA status, QTS, or strong cover supervision experience

Confident classroom management (no shouting, no chaos)

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
