What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or senior pastry leader within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants

Strong expertise in bread, viennoiserie and fine pastry

Background in fine dining or five-star environments

A creative and detail-driven approach to menu development

Strong leadership skills with a supportive, team-focused attitude

Willingness to relocate to Antigua
