Head of Sales - Remote\n  \n We're looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow a high-performing sales function within an exciting client of ours. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a team of 5-6 sales professionals. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop market positioning, expand client relationships, and deliver commercial performance across a rapidly evolving energy landscape.\n  \n Key Responsibilities\n \nLead, manage, and develop a sales team of 5-6, setting clear targets and performance expectations.

\nDefine and deliver the sales strategy across energy management, energy procurement, and wider renewable energy services. \nDrive new business acquisition while strengthening existing client relationships. \nOversee the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract close.

\nWork closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure propositions meet client needs. \nProvide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. \nRepresent the business at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

\nTravel regularly to meet clients and support the sales team nationwide.  \n Skills & Experience\n \nProven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the energy sector. \nStrong background in energy management, energy procurement, and renewable energy solutions.

\nDemonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams. \nStrong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies. \nExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
