Our client is a high-profile membership body in the consulting industry. They have been through an exciting period of growth in their membership base and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Membership to join their team. You will play a vital role in attracting new corporate members and ensuring a smooth on-boarding process. We are looking for candidates with a strong commercial mindset and a background working for a professional institute. 

Key functions of this role include – 

  • Recruitment and retention of new members
  • Relationship management with existing firms
  • Effective communication with existing members to increase engagement
  • Attending events and networking opportunities
  • Ensure an up-to-date CRM
We are looking for applicants who enjoy the challenges of researching, preparing pitches for and approaching new members. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and a real focus on providing excellent customer service. You will need a proven track record or attracting and retaining new business.
