You will play a vital role in attracting new corporate members and ensuring a smooth on-boarding process. We are looking for candidates with a strong commercial mindset and a background working for a professional institute.
Key functions of this role include –
Recruitment and retention of new members Relationship management with existing firms Effective communication with existing members to increase engagement Attending events and networking opportunities Ensure an up-to-date CRM
We are looking for applicants who enjoy the challenges of researching, preparing pitches for and approaching new members. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and a real focus on providing excellent customer service. You will need a proven track record or attracting and retaining new business.
